Questions
Who counts as a person?
Members who can sign in. Invited members count once they accept. Client portal users, deactivated members and people imported from Elorus don’t count.
What is an active client?
A client with an invoice dated in the last 12 months. Imported invoices count. Free covers 10 of them, and Paid has no limit.
What happens at a Free limit?
Nothing is deleted, and you can still read, export and import your data. You can’t add another person, or invoice a client who isn’t already active, until you upgrade.
What if my team grows or shrinks?
Each person after the first 3 costs $3 a month. When you add someone, you pay the prorated difference right away. When someone leaves, the lower price starts on your next bill.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Owners can switch, change cards or cancel from Settings → Plan.
