- 1In Settings → Import from Elorus, paste your Elorus API key and organization ID.
- 2The app reads your Elorus account in the background and shows what will be new, updated or skipped.
- 3Check the invoice balances. Any invoice where Elorus’s paid figure and the imported payments differ is listed for you.
- 4Confirm, and the import runs.
Questions
What comes across from Elorus?
Clients and contacts, people, projects and tasks, time entries, and invoices with their payments and balances. Drafts and running timers are skipped.
Will imported hours be paid or billed again?
No. Imported time is history. It’s never paid out again and never billed again.
Does it need an empty workspace?
It imports into a workspace that has no clients, projects, time or invoices of its own yet. Members, settings, taxes and numbering can already be set up.
Do imported people count toward my plan?
No. Imported people don’t count and can’t sign in. Invite the ones who still work with you.
Can I run it again?
Yes. Records are matched, so nothing is duplicated. Only the Owner can run it.
Does it change anything in Elorus?
No. Elorus is only read.
